Magda is a beautiful female Shepherd estimated around 5 years of age. Magda was found running as a stray in a rural county and we do not know her history. She had cuts on her face and fly-bitten ears though which indicate that she didn't have an easy go of it. Magda has been social and friendly with all of the volunteers and is a sweet girl. She can be timid at first when out in public meeting new people and takes a couple minutes to settle down and warm up. She has been around a children who is 7 that Magda simply adores; however, they were introduced slowly to allow Magda time to warm up. Magda seems to be a typical shadow shepherd that values being right with the people. Magda has been around other medium and large dogs without issue. She navigates play groups well and meets new dogs well. Magda did display a high prey drive during cat testings and would NOT be recommended for a home with cats or small dogs. Magda is searching for a family that will provide her guidance as she adjusts to a new home and ongoing love throughout the rest of her life.
