Rocky is a stunning male Shepherd who was found as a stray. The shelter estimated his age around 2.5 years old however we suspect he may be closer to 4-5 years of age. Either way he is full of love and kisses.

Rocky has been a wonderful gentleman with everyone he has met. He has settled into his foster home well and is a very routine oriented dog. He enjoys being right with the people and is a laid back guy overall. He likes going for walks and although he doesn't have any formal training he is generally well behaved. Rocky has met a 7 year old and made quick friends but he has not been around any younger children.

Rocky is ambivalent about other dogs and mostly ignores them. He has done well meeting new dogs and can be tolerant with those that are more pushy but will set boundaries if pestered. Rocky is not playful with other dogs and although he can coexist he has no real interest in being a playmate or companion to other dogs. Rocky is NOT friendly with cats and is not recommended for a home with cats or dogs under 35 lbs.

Rocky seems like a kind soul who is searching for a family to call his own and is a little lost right now. He is searching for a home that'll give him the love and time he needs to get comfortable as part of the family.
