Jax is an approximately 2 year old black German Shepherd male that was surrendered to a shelter for inappropriate behavior with chickens and a turkey. Jax is still having difficulty with this transition, and speaks of not having much socialization, so right now he presents as timid and unsure of himself. He warms up quickly to a person, and seems to have his heart out looking for someone to believe in. Jax is learning to get along with other canine companions, but presently is lacking in those social skills. Jax will need someone with a patient heart that is willing to guide him through learning social graces, and someone who realizes how deeply he bonds and is willing to give himself to his person.
