Little Max is an approximately 12 month old male German Shepherd that has had a rough start to life. Little Max comes from Eastern Kentucky, and arrived in 'survival mode'. As he settles in he has become friendly and playful with humans and dogs alike; however, he is still currently protective of his food. He is adapting well to basic manners, willing to please, and desiring more affection. He seems to value himself as a loyal protector.
