Angel is a friendly 2 year old Shepherd who was seized as part of a neglect situation. She had been kept tied out without proper food, water, or shelter. Despite this Angel has proven to be a friendly and outgoing girl. She can be grabby with food which is normal for a dog with her history but going to require some work.
