Bella is a beautiful large german shepherd female whose owners gave her up after 7 years when they decided to move houses. Bella was purchased as a puppy but never allowed to live inside the house and was never trained or socialized. The only time Bella was around other dogs was when her owners attempted to have her bred which led to aggression in these situations. Bella has been around other dogs in her foster home to work on her behavior with other dogs and is improving. She tries to play but is like a big school yard bully with no idea how to interact. Other dogs her size that are patient do well with Bella but we wouldn't suggest her for a home with smaller dogs or cats. Bella does wonderful with children but again is a bit of a bull in a china shop. Like most shepherds she is teeming with energy and likes to run around and herd things. Bella does have a very sweet personality to go along with her dominate diva attitude and is searching for a family that sees that wonderful personality and gives her a chance to have the live she deserves.
