China is a 5 year old female who was originally with Tier Haven exactly a year ago. At that time China had been surrendered by her owner after they realized they weren't able to properly care for her and she hadn't been socialized. China was at that time a shy but friendly girl. China has been with a family for the past year that kept her inside with their other dogs and cats with no problems. China would bark at people coming into the house though and this concerned them. China is still very shy with new people and places taking a bit to warm up but once she has warmed up she is very true to the german shepherd personality. China is very upset about being returned and is searching for a new home that understands her shepherd tendency of barking at strangers and will help her get to know the world beyond.
