Buck is an estimated one year old male from Shelby county who is the definition of a sweet and laid back boy. Buck is still trying to figure out life outside of the shelter and off the streets but is proving to be a very loving boy. He loves playing with the other dogs and has recently discovered how a squeaky toy works but is still pretty socially awkward. He can be shy around new people but is learning quickly that people are kind and once he warms up to you is a very cuddly dog. He likes to stick close to his people and keep an eye on everything but still has a lot of puppy-like mannerisms. Buck is looking for a loving home that will help him discover the not-so-scary side of the world and help him grow into the wonderful member of the family he is meant to be.
