Andre is a six year young German Shepherd male.  He is a gentle giant, loving to be loved on, brushed, and fussed with.  The story from the shelter is that he spent the last 5 years on a heavy chain, and is just now discovering how to lift his head.  Each day is a little bit better, as he is used to moving with his head being tethered in a downward position.  Andre needs and deserves love, and is ready to give back a hundredfold.
