Carmen is a 1-2 year old German Shepherd female.  She has a genuine heart that is eager to please.  However, she does have a tail chasing habit when she is nervous.  She is totally devoted, will follow someone she loves to the end of the earth, loves to ride, and has basic manners.  She is ready to put her past behind her and move forward with giving love, and getting it back.
