Charlie is a stunning male German Shepherd estimated around 2 years of age. Charlie was found as a stray and we do not know his history prior to arrival at the shelter.   

Charlie is a pretty boy through and through - he is handsome, he knows it, and he is happy to help you realize it too. Charlie has done a great job with everyone who has met him and generally has an outgoing and fun personality. Charlie likes to fuss and talk about it when something is on his mind and is the sort of Shepherd that is rather vocal. When he doesn't get his way he makes it known and without clear boundaries he would happily rule as king. Charlie loves to be involved in whatever you are doing though and is happy to join in all the adventures. Charlie is still figuring out his role in all this transition but is a loyal, loving boy who is going to make a great companion. Charlie has not been around any children at this time and we simply do not know how he would do with children.   

Charlie is living with other Shepherds in his foster home and doing a good job. He is a confident dog when meeting new dogs but also respectful of their boundaries. Charlie tends to keep to himself in the play groups and hasn't really figured out how to play with the other dogs. Charlie is still trying to figure out play overall but has discovered a love of chasing the water hose and things it is a great way to keep cool. Charlie has not met any dogs under 55 lbs and is NOT cat friendly.
