Ira is a cute young Shepherd estimated around 9 months of age. Ira was a stray therefore we do not know her history or background prior to arriving at the shelter. 

Ira is a typical bouncy, social young Shepherd with no concept of personal space or boundaries. She has been a friendly girl with us so far but given her age ongoing socialization will be critical for ensuring that she continues to be social. Ira is eager to please and very affectionate with people - she just wants to be part of whatever you are doing. She is an energetic young girl and is going to require appropriate outlets for this energy as she grows. Ira has not been around any children at this time. 

Ira does well with other dogs and is quick to make new friends with those that will play with her. She is a rambunctious girl and enjoys chase games as well as rough-housing. She has energy to spare and is happy to burn some of it off in the play yard. Ira is NOT cat friendly and has not been around any small dogs.
