Goldielocks is a beautiful Golden Retriever mix who found herself seeking shelter and groceries at the home of one of our volunteers New Years day. We do not have any history prior to her arrival but know this sweet girl is looking forward to a home of her own. 

Goldielocks is an ultra sweet, loving girl who loves to make new friends despite being a bit on the shy side. Goldie is a big cuddle bug and wants to be wherever the people are. Movie night? She's in! Hiking? Let's go! Working from home all day? Boring, but she'll keep your toes warm! Goldie is a generally well mannered girl and what she doesn't already know she will quickly learn for a treat. She is crate trained about about 85% house trained but not yet able to stay loose unattended. Goldie loves children and would do well in a home with respectful kids. 

Goldie does great with the other dogs in her foster home and is learning how to play and romp. She has figured out chase games but doesn't quite understand toys just yet. She is more submissive meeting new dogs and a bit skittish around loud dogs; however, in playgroups she is all puppy goofy energy. Goldielocks is currently living with cats and is pretty sure they are just dogs that look funny. She does try to play with them like they are dogs but aside from annoying them with her advances she does great with the cats.
