Juno is a playful young girl estimated around 1 year of age. Juno was a stray so we do not know her history prior to arriving at the shelter. Juno is a friendly and social girl who is very exuberant when meeting new people. She doesn't believe in personal space and is convinced everyone needs a hug and kisses. Juno has been around children 7-14 years of age and meets them with the same love as she does adults. She has not been around children under 7 and given her currently lack of manners would not be recommended for a home with small children. Juno enjoys playing with toys, romping in the yard, and generally having fun where ever she goes. She has a fun-loving personality and is a lot of puppy still so she will definitely require training and socialization to ensure that her good social manners are developed. She would make an amazing hiking or jogging companion as she is an energetic and adventurous girl. Juno is happy to play with any dog she meets and enjoys getting to romp in the yard with various playgroups. She is learning how to be more appropriate when meeting as she can be a bit overwhelming with her energy level but other playful dogs tend to jump right in with her. Juno is very puppy in her social behavior still and will need more guidance on how to appropriately meet new dogs and navigate dogs that don't want to play. She has not been tested with cats but has been around dogs as small as 30 lbs and done well. Juno is a smart girl with a fun personality that is searching for a home that can commit to her exercise, socialization, and training needs.
