Roxy is a beautiful female German Shepherd around 5 years of age. Roxy found herself at the shelter after losing her owner and although a bit confused about the change Roxy is now looking forward to finding a home of her own. We know very little about her life prior to arriving at the shelter but do know that that Roxy lived on a farm with other dogs. 

Roxy is an absolute doll with a heart of gold. She has been a sweetheart with everyone she has met and is a very kind, loving dog. Roxy has the sort of social personality that makes quick friends with everyone she meets and is well versed in giving the 'puppy dog eyes' to convince you those extra treats should be hers. Roxy is a great co-pilot and enjoys going for car rides and on walks. The leash isn't her favorite thing in the world but is worth the hassle if it means she gets to adventure with you. Roxy has had limited interactions with children since arriving but has done awesome with the kids she has met and has the sort of sweet personality that would likely do well with children.

Roxy has a good bit of dog savvy and although she isn't big on playing she is tolerant of younger, rambunctious dogs. Roxy has lived her life with other dogs to our knowledge and enjoys the companionship of other dogs even if she isn't the sort to wrestle and romp. She has done a good job navigating new dogs in her foster home though and is polite when meeting new dogs. Roxy has not met any small dogs or cats at this time.
