Luna is an adorable young female German Shepherd who is estimated around 8-9 months of age. Luna was a stray however she arrived at the shelter with an embedded collar speaking to a less than stellar first few months of life. Unfortunately all we know about her background beyond that is speculation. 

Luna is an absolute doll who loves to make new friends and be part of everything that is going on. She is best summed up as an energetic bundle of fur. Luna is a very sweet girl and while she is still figure out what is expected of her in a house she is quicker to learn and eager to please. She is a bouncy girl so she is learning not everyone wants jumped on even if she is so cute. Luna is all puppy energy, puppy love and will require ongoing socialization, training, and exercise to ensure she grows into a well mannered adult. Luna has done well with children 3 years and up in her foster homes.

Luna lives with other large dogs that she has made fast friends of once she realized she was safe. Luna's first response was the bark and hide during introduction but she took about 2 minutes to realize that playing was more fun. She is more on the submissive side with the other dogs so she is closely supervised to ensure she isn't bullied. Luna will benefit from meeting more dog friends to build her positive experiences and help her develop more social skills. Luna has done well during cat testing but has not been around smaller dogs.
