Jeff is a 10 month old Dutch Shepherd who was a stray. We do not know his history or background prior to arriving at the shelter. Jeff has been social and sweet with new people so far. He looks to his handler for guidance and is trying hard to figure out what is expected of him. Jeff is medium drive but will need a home with experience to ensure he gets the training and guidance he needs. Jeff's current bad habit is wanting to play tug with his leash until he slowly ends up with your hand in his mouth. He doesn't have the drive to stick with a toy or search but has enough to accidentally swipe you in pursuit of one. He is social with other dogs although a bit rude when initiating play. He has not been around small dogs or cats to our knowledge.
